KYB suspension

    As I'm buffing the forks on th XJ I discovered a small sticker on the back of the left one.
    It reads KYB.
    Were KYB forks stock on the XJ's?

    Yes sir as were the rear shocks. Back in the day they were known as "Kill Your Butt."

    The BEST thing you can do for those front forks is a set of Progressive Suspension fork springs and slightly heavier oil. Makes a WORLD of difference.
