Alright, so i know i'm 1 in a bunch of people that have had issues with this conversion. But i can't seem to find the answer. I have bought an aftermarket Flasher from NAPA (EL13) stated in this post "http://xjbikes.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=4489/highlight=motrax+flasher.html" and I have everything wired correctly....(this is all hardwire cause previous owner raped the inside of the headlight.) I have read that i need a rectifier, but i'm new to doing electronics and not sure if i have to make that or they sell those at auto part store.

The issue: I turn on the right, it works perfect! when I turn on the left the bike freaks out. The headlight, tail light, gauges flash. Everything but the left turn signal pretty much. do i have to have something between the signals and the flasher or something? I'm pretty lost. Feels like i'm on the right path but missing something :?

sounds like you've got your wires crossed, re-check all the wiring and have a look at your grounds and fuse connections. I think you have got your self hooked into the lighting circuit with the wiring on the left hand side.
