Little explotions on 4th carb...

I have little explotions in the 4th carb and also the 4th cil stop working probably due to a fauled sparkplug. My question is can a broken diafram could be the cause of the explotions?
Also leaking gas from that 4th carb...

You need to remove the carbs and find out what's going on inside. It may be as simple as getting the float at the proper height and/or replacing a needle valve. Have you checked the pilot screw setting? A torn diaphragm could also cause a problem, but that would be the last thing I would expect.

 

It's weak. When in the load/rpm range is important, as this could pin down the issue?

 

Diafram is broken. Trying to get the replacement (here, Argentina, is noy easy) where I can find the measures of the diafram in case I can fit another from other bike...

 

Some folks have repaired them and maybe they will chime in. Other than that you can try Chacal or EBay.

Get a condom, and some rubber cement. Clean the diphragm, cut the condom to make a patch, and glue it on to the diaphragm. It's just like patching a tire.
