I have lots of XJ650 parts available. There's almost three bikes worth of parts that I have. Here's how I will do this: If there is something you need or want, PM me. If the part is still available, I'll take a good clear pic. You name your price, we all know what these parts go for both here, and at the Yamarobber. The only thing to add on would be shipping. I do take paypal, so that would make things nice and easy.

I'm not looking to make a fortune. It's just that I have an abundance of parts that need to get out into the XJ community and not stay in bags and boxes on the shelves., and allow me to clear the shop for newer projects.

If there are multiples of a given part, I will take a pic of the best one available. That way it's truly first-come, first-serve.

I also have a complete parts bike. It doesn't have a title, and it's rather rough, but the motor is good, and the bike is complete.

I have a couple 650 maxim tanks, you would need to clean/seal the inside, and do the repainting on the outside. If you don't mind doing the work, I'll take a couple pics tomorrow.

Sent pm, but didn't seem to go. I need a right side exhaust in clean condition for 83 650, also need left side exhaust shield, (sits under foot peg). Could use other odds and ends, but these two need to be in real good condition - at least from an exterior view.

You wouldn't happen to have a set of 4-1 exhaust header pipes would you? I have a muffler, just need the rest.

Hey Hog, I could really use a #1 exhaust header for a 1981 XJ650 Maxim. Apparently I don't know how to tighten things and it blew off the bike while on the interstate, please let me know if you have one.

I need a right side cover in black, or any color is ok tho. Also headlight retaining ring. Both for a 1982 xj650. Thank you

The last couple sets of side covers have already been spoken for.

Bill, I have a set of carbs that I believe were jetted for a xj750. if you're interested, PM me.

Backrests are on hold for another week or so, then I'll know what remains after a clinic. PM me again after the 12th on that and I hopefully can give you some kind of answer.

Are the mirrors compatable with an 82 maxim xj750j.
I'm missing the right. Might consider a used set.

    Metal Bob, PM'd.

Nealsxj, will have to wait another week or two til those in line have a chance for taking or refusing. I do have a tall back support for the tall king/queen seat if that would interest you. The seat is solid, but the covering is all separated and torn at the seams--would need a complete re-cover. If you want to see something like that, PM me.

Do you have any seats in good condition? I've got the stock one that has the high backrest, great for my wife, but I want something a little lower profile for when it's just me.

If you remove the tall seat to put the lower one on, you'll still have the tall seat support, and that would look ridiculous. Also, the tall seat is more comfortable because it is scalloped a bit deeper for the driver, and allows you to slide back a bit rather than constantly sliding up onto the tank as with the low style seat (which can be pretty painful pretty quick if you catch my drift). I do have one seat on hold right now...a fellow is coming next week to look at it. If he doesn't take it, it will then be available. PM me sometime next week and ask....that'll remind me to update you as the weekend precedes.

I need the TCI for a 1980 650 maxim. Also a good seat pan with decent foam so I can get it recovered. Might be interested in a wiring harness also if you have one.

Hey Tiny, I have a few different TCI's but honestly I haven't been able to document the conditions of them. So, if you can hold out til this weekend, I'll try to hook them up to my own bike and see if it runs. I won't have time til then. Please PM me and remind me, too, cuz I don't check the forums every minute. I'll have to look and see if I have decent harness. Does yours have decent connectors that could be spliced in if needed? Why do you think you need a harness?

For those who have been waiting to hear about the backrests-- BOTH sets were purchased so I don't have any available right now.
