Locked gas cap, no key

    How do I get the gas cap open on a yamaha seca when I have no key for the lock? I posted this into the wrong forum previously. Sorry.

    Did you ever have a key to it the reason I ask is at one time all the locks on the bike used the same key and if thats the case the easy way is to pull ignition lock take it to a locksmith and let them make a key from code if its still there

    Even without the code a good locksmith can make you a key by placing a blank in the slot and filling away at the key to match the impressions of the tumblers..
