looking for a new master cylinder for 1980 xj650g

    Those should work just fine. Is there something wrong with your that renders it unrebuildable? A master cylinder is not hard to rebuild. Can be done is a couple of hours. Hardest thing is bleeding the system which you will have to do with a new cylinder also. The rebuild kit is only $24 from partsnmore.

    no nothing wrong i just figured after you spend the 30.00 on the rebuild kit and then the 10.00 on the sight glass and gasket, I wish they had made extra sight glass replacement parts rather than having to take a piece of glass and glue it in, and on top of all that powdercoat or gunkote it would almost be cheaper to buy new for 67.00
