I finally got my motorcycle running. Went out on a initial ride and it was Ok as a whole.

Starting off rolling is nice and slow with the clutch lever like 3/4 released in first gear. After fully releasing the clutch lever it continues to be nice a smooth. As I pull the throttle and the bike revs the I feel no power added.
Eventually I build up to 2nd gear and shift. Same story but just a tad bit faster.

I drive a sports car at my daily driver. When I'm in t he top speed and RPM of a gear I can add more fuel and get more power. Now the speed does not increase.

Sounds like you may need a clutch rebuild.

Clutch slip. Worn plates or cable too tight.
