lowering fork ideas and options.

    Hey I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to lower the forks properly. I'm not trying to kill myself and don't mind spending a couple bucks. different ideas would be great. and if you could include a few pics. thanks.

    I have been reading race tech bible to suspension. There is a lot to consider and I know from experience and the book I did it wrong but I learning more. I know you can't drop more than 1.5 in the front caused instability I the triple tree. That is the existent of what I know as of now. I dropped mine 1 inch but I also have offset handle bars. Hope I help some. The is a place that does custom tubes for 169 I think. Will have to look to find place

    Ive read people are adjusting them at the trees. I also saw a post regarding cutting spacers in the fork tubes. i would think with this bikes popularity somebody would make a spring kit to lower it.
