I tilted my bars back and was wanting to know if this would affect the front braking? Doesn't seem too.

On 2 wheels... just lost my hat.
as long as you havent tilted them 90 degrees back or forward, you should be okay.
fluid just has to be able to hit the little hole at the bottom of the reservoir. if it doesnt, you could introduce air into the system which would suck.
once you pull the bars back, you can tilt the MC/brake and clutch/light switch, etc to a natural position.

Thanks! That's what I figured. It's tilted with the hole down so should be absolutely no problem.
