Me and my first project bike... PICS

Hello everyone, My name is Joe and i live in central jersey. I have always loved motorcycles and have owned and ridden many dirt bikes and had my first steet bike, an 85 vfr 500 before i even had my license. I picked up this 82 xj650 for very cheap, and went to work fixing it.after a brake caliper, plugs, coils, and a TON of wiring work which turned out to be a disconnected ignition switch. Now it has a totally chopped wiring harness, clubman bars, 4-1 header, pods, chopped lights, fenders and signals, and severe lightening. Have it weighing in just over 400 lbs. Anyone with ideas for color on the tank? and still thinking of maybe going red/aluminum with the wheels, for the rat bike or mad max look. Also waiting for ignition switch, headlight and tailight wiring, fabrication of a tail light and plate bracket, custom rearset brackets/mounts, new rear brake lever setup, also going with reverse shifter and still keeping passenger pegs!
