    Which bike?

I have an 81 Maxim 650. I'm 6' and a bit over 200lbs. I don't have a fairing - and I wear full gear which makes me a sail going down the road.

I make routinely 30-35 mpg on the highway. On the back roads with a soft trottle hand over 40mpg. On the backroads having fun 35-40mpg.

My xj1100 gets between 30 - 40 just depends on how hard you twist the throttle and if I am in the city or rolling along onside the bayou.

I have a 1981 XJ650 that has been rejetted, K&N pods, and MAC 4-2 exhaust. I average between 90-110 miles before I have to kick in the reserve, so that's about 36-44 mpg.

I have a Seca 750 and get low 40's most of the time. I ride in town and back roads but still have fun with it.

    I have a 1981 XJ650 Maxim that's been rejetted, K&N filter, and MAC 4-1 exhaust. I'm 6' tall, 260lbs / 118kg.
I average around 160 kilometers before I have to kick in the reserve, so that's about 44 mpg.

Just went through my first tank of gas today.
I went 96 miles before I had to switch to reserve.
About how far will the reserve get me before it just runs out.
