i used the search function but not finding any recent advice on what works, I just bought a 92 xj600s and didnt get any mirrors with it, I bought a aftermarket one and cant see past my shoulders, I have nice shoulders but I dont want to look at them all day. Anyone have a reccomendation for an aftermarket mirror that may stretch out a couple inches so I can see the cops behind me.

You can find tons of mirrors on ebay. You will need to get specific Yamaha mirrors since the right hand mirror has LEFT hand threads.

Cops are behind you? Turn the corner and get behind them.

i put harley mirrors (although any 1/4" or 5/16" mirror would fit) on my bike, replaced the bolt for the brake and clutch lever with the mirrors. it was almost dead on, i just had to drill out the threaded hole on the bottom... now all i have to do is block up the hole from the old mirrors.
