I drive an '83 750 and this is my first post on this site. I just ran across this forum several days ago and have found lots of great info. I need some help

I was removing my carbs a couple of days ago to clean them. In the process I pulled out the wrong screw. One of the spring loaded ones that adjusts the throttle vanished in my garage. Does anyone know where I might be able to find another one. It is one of three so i found out it is an M5 X .50 Pitch with 15mm of thread. Not standard and cant find it anywhere online. Any suggestions? Anyone have one they can send me? If i have to i have access to a machine shop and can make one but would like to try and avoid $35 for the die and rod.

Hi Michael. Welcome to the site. Chacal, a member on this site is the source for all kinds of small parts, especially carb related. See his post here.

If I don't have a Sync Screw floating around somewhere on my Bench ... I ain't a Carb Guy!

    Happy Leap Year.

I have to go into the Shop and straighten-up a little bit ... anyway. It will be a good excuse to turn the lights on and put a few things away while I look for your Screw and Alive's 900 Enrichment Valve.

If it snows more than a foot, though ... I ain't going 'til Monday!

Send me a self-addressed envelope and that will cover it!
