Hi everybody after the issue I had with my misfire I've gotten the bike to run on all four cylinders (kinda). Number 3 is colder than the rest all the butterfly valves open and close at the same time I'm assuming it just needs to be tuned. The mixture screws control fuel or air and which way does what? I will be tuning with a color tune plug

My experience is turning right (in) makes it more rich and left (out) makes it more lean.

Don't follow the statement. The all-knowing Chacal has corrected me below ...

Get a colortune plug. At warm idle close the pilot screw until you see the white flame. Open the pilot screw until the white disappears and you have a blue flame. Repeat for all four cylinders. Install new plugs and take a 15-20 mile ride. Remove the plugs and "read" them. You are looking for a light tan color on the plug insulation. If they are still white open the pilot screw no more than the width of a dime. Take another ride and read the plugs and adjust the pilot screws, again no more than the width of a dime. Repeat this process until you get the nice tan color. Every carb is different, so the pilot screw settings can and probably will differ. Mine are set betwwn about 1 3/4 and 2 or maybe slightly more.
