Not completely rediculous, but should have been a warning of things to come for me. The PO said that my bike should be able to make the trip back home for me (150 miles or so), and then called me the next day asking if I made it home safely or not. He sounded really worried on the phone. lol...

The picture of me solving my rubiks cube, or of my carbs, because I don't think my carbs are his problem. I think that was a fuel problem.

 

Many times he AND his son have asked, "Are you ready to sell it back yet?" That's pretty re-gol-darn-diculous.

One of the first things I did was swap out the bars AND the mirrors.

Anybody need a set of "cool looking" narrow drag bars? LOL

"The turbo works great, I just rebuilt it" YEA RIGHT! Too bad the PO didn't tighten a certain nut down, It got shredded in the impeller and coated my surge tank(air box) and carbs in fine metallic dust 8O

" just soak those carbs in some carb cleaner, and make sure the floats aren't stuck" and $900 and 12 months later it now needs valve clearance adjustments and fork seals but the bike was free and now looks very good, i cant complain too much....

 

Here's a CLASSIC. Maybe you can do something with it. Hell I can't complain it was free. But I have put close to 400 dollars in it so far and she still needs work.
