I thought I would post a sound clip of my maxim with the exhaust I just installed. I bought the bike with a 4 into 1 mac exhaust, and I had a Vance and Hines pipe to try. I didn't like the sound of either one, but the V&H did sound much better. I was looking for a GP style pipe, but I found a Muzzy carbon fiber for a great deal. At first I wasn't sure if the muffler was right for this bike but it is growing on me, but after hearing how it sounds, this is the pipe I will run. The Video clip is poor quality thanks to my POS Blackberry, but it sounds much better when riding the bike, I will post a better video soon. I am not quit finished the restore, and will start a new thread when I am finished. I thought I would share how it sounds with a muzzy pipe.[IMG][/img]

I like the look of that bike, take away the square headlight and it could pass for being fairly modern, not 30 years old.
