    any rare motorcycle stuff available in china?

    My son went to China a couple of years ago and told me they still use reel to reel tape recorders. Several Chinese small motorcycles are imported into the UK and they seem to use a special metal that is worse than anything I've seen before. I saw a 125 the other day - a year old - and it was in worse condition than my 20 year old XJ.

    I think China has a facade of modern technology but a great majority of the population live as peasants.

    Have him get you a Chinese Puzzle Jewelry Box.
    They a wonderful!
    It's a Wooden Box that seemingly has NO way of opening it.
    Not until you learn the secret way to opening it.

    Many of them have Sliding Panels that allow you to slide another one after moving each hidden piece until the Secret Panel opens to the inside.

    They are Hand Painted with Dragons and Oriental Flowers and Decorations.
    Leave it out on the Coffee Table and watch those who don't know the secret try to see what you've hidden inside.

    You can have him pick up thousands of "designer" watches, clothes, jewelry, or shoes for pennies. they are all over the place. You can wear a "Rolex" watch and impress your friends or give your girlfriend a "Gucci" handbag. Just don't expect them to last very long.
    I also agree that the puzzle boxes are very cool and not that expensive over there.
