There are two circlips, one on each side of the wrist pin. Once you pull remove them, the wrist pin will slide out. I’d recommend replacing the bearing while your right there. When you install the new pin, make sure you use NEW circlips. DO NOT REUSE OLD ONES.

once the wrist pin is out, the piston will lift right off.

Your circlips may just be like a C without the two extensions. You may need a needle pick or super fine screwdriver to hook one edge and start lifting it out. Wear eye protection because they WILL go flying somewhere. Last thing you want is for it to fly into your eye. Trust me, it’ll fly, you won’t see it or find it. You just want to make sure that you don’t see it because it flew too fast, rather then not seeing it because you just went blind.

Now the final question do you think it's worth spending the extra money to replace all the Pistons or just that one I've already decided to replace all the valves none of them look good

I think you should buy a good set of used jugs and pistons and install that. It will probably be cheaper and easier to find than one new piston, and the pistons, rings, and sleeves will all already be matched/set to each other.

Y’all got a strange sense of beauty....Ashley the Judge is ugly and she snores TERRIBLY. She’s got two blew eyes..... one blew this way and one blew that way. She needs a cpap machine. But to each his own. If you like her, keep her. Thinking about it, maybe it’s just the nice jugs.....

I bet mattiThundrr pops up now....

Stuff some clean rags around the connecting rods so nothing falls in to the engine. That would be hart breaking.

Leaving Ashley Judd aside for a minute, if the valve seats on that pot look good, and I mean good, you may be able to reuse the head. The thing to do, once its all cleaned up is to take a ball pein hammer and peed down the lumps around the gouges, slowly and carefully. Then inspect it, if it looks ok, pull the other valves to check they're OK (you haven't spent any money yet right?)
If everything checks out OK, have the head skimmed - should cost 30 dollars max - this is just a precaution, and not to remove all the marks - they don't matter. Then look for a good used piston and a pair of valves. You might have to buy a set of pistons, but so what, better than forking out for new ones, and there still seems to be plenty of used spares in the states.
You will need to get a tickling stick and valve lapping paste, lap in the valves to check the seating - might as well do them all while you're in there, but it will mean redoing your valve shims.
It all sounds a lot of work, but as someone said it's simple stuff and easy if you take it step by step. Don't give up!
