Need help identifying tail light wires

    The three wires going to my tail lights are black, yellow and blue. (See photo) I assume the black wire is the ground. I need to know which colour is the tail light and which colour is the brake light. I'm installing a brake light modulator and would really like to get it right the first time.

    I believe blue is the tail light and yellow is the brake light. Could tell easily with a meter or test light.
