I have searched and searched and I can't find a good single source for motorcycle parts. Is everyone doomed to search and search for what you need or is there a place that has all the custom parts you could want?

Fr'instance: I need a good set of controls and levers combined if possible. The stock ones are too long for the bars I want to use.

I can find cable clutch perches and levers, and I can find rotary valve master cylinders with a remote reservoir, but no matched sets. Anybody know where the matched sets are? Or maybe I'm using the wrong terminology?

Rear sets. I don't want to spend a fortune on billet aluminum, red anodized, skull themed rear-sets. Where can I buy the basic parts, or a simple setup?

I'm looking for a pancake filter box about 6 or 7 inches diameter, with a 2" inlet flange. Really slim too. Not more than 1" if possible. Anybody seen anything like that?

Is there a good reason why I need a junction block for the front brake line? I will need a new one made anyway so I was thinking to just run one nice clean braided hose straight down to the brake. I pay by the fitting so it's quite a bit cheaper.

How can I plug the tachometer hole? I'm not going to install a tach.

Has anybody ever secured a battery with big hose clamps or monster zip ties or anything like that? I'm just wondering how tough the cases are. Two big zip ties would hold that MF tight! and would make my battery box a really nice simple rig.

Thanks for any information, every little bit helps.

About the front brake line, you don't need a junction unless you have double discs (like the Seca) in that case, you will need a T inline to go to both calipers. With a single disc, you can go straight from the master cylinder to the caliper with a brake line.
Those large zip ties work perfect for holding a bettery in place. Go out and buy a bag full of them. I'd use some type of rubber or foam pad around the battery to keep it from rubbing on the case just incase.

ebay for pancake filters...yeah I've seen 'em. I'm not sure why you want a matched set of controls/levers. Just mix and match what fits and paint 'em how you want. eBay has some sweet plain rearsets avail too. Just type cafe racer or something of the sort in the motors search.
