1. Some members were not receiving emails sent from XJbikes.com. For example: "Forgot your password?" function to reset your password would not send email to some members. First issue: I can't receive private messages anymore because my inbox is full, I'd like to delete some old messages but I can't figure how.

Second issue: I'd want to delete a picture of the bac of my key switch I posted yesterday on Blackice thread about his lost Seca kignition switch, but I can't find how.

    Help would be appreciated.

deleting messages goes something like this, open message, someplace it says leave conversation or something like that, then it asks accept further messages or not to, say not to.
if the picture is on another site like photobucket, just change the name of the picture or remove it or change it's share options

OK thanks for the tip on deleting conversations in my inbox, I didn't think "leaving conversation" means I want to delete it.

As for the picture to be deleted, I uploaded it directly from a file in my computer. I deleted the file, but it still appears in the thread.

I simply used the "Upload a File" button and it worked perfectly.

I just drag 'em and drop 'em in the conversation box... works from other websites, from my desktop, from iPhoto (I'm using a Mac). Easy peasy, Mac n cheesy!
