    I just got a 85, 700 maxim, and my beef is the seat pushes me waaaay forward. Are there replacement seats that take care of that, or mods to help out?

    Welcome to the site, I suggest you do a search for "seat modes" and see what comes up.

    Quite a few comments have been made with the same problem of being pushed too far forward after riding for a bit!

    I saw that mod, actually, but I was wondering if there are any companies that make seats that fit without mods...of it there was a step-by-step for doing the mod....
