New european XJ owner !

    Hi everybody !

    I'm the proud owner of a '86 XJ 900. I've been lucky to find one with only 25 000 miles (40 000 kms). I've been searching an XJ for months when I saw a classified for this 900 only 5 miles from home !

    The 98 hp are a pleasure to ride, the shaft drive is almost unnoticeable from a chain.

    Ah yes, I nicknamed my new toy "the anvil" ! A nightmare to hand-move in my sloping street.

    The forum is of great interest, the members are of a keen help. And ités always interesting to notice the differencies between USA and France.

    I'll post some pics when I've found how to ...

    Congrats on the find Frenchy, "The Anvil" I like it!!!! These bikes love to be hammered on. Twist the wrist and hang on brother.
