    Just wanted to say whats up and thank you to everyone on this site that contributes and has made it what it is.

    I am a new xj650 owner and thankfully found this site before making my decision to buy a bike that didn't run for $500. Since then I charged the battery and got it to turn over but not idle, have done some cosmetic things ..and after a week of reading these forums I am just about ready to actually get to work and start pulling the carbs and engine apart.

    I'll post any questions along the way in the mods section. Thanks Yall!
