Welcome chevy45412001. Man, that is one good looking Maxim! I do like that orange look . Is that backrest custom made or is it original? The seat looks like it was recovered...

I wish my Maxim 750 was 1100 . But that gives me a reason to buy one if I come across it :). How does the 1100 go?

Sweet!! I do like that paint chevy. Gona share the tear down and re-paint you mentioned? I'm not looking forward to that but need to stop putting it off. Or....maybe I'll just get another so I can keep riding while I piddle...!

Pad on backrest from xscuse me suzuki850, as for the rest itself stock xj as far as i know but it is a little taller than the mid back ones i've seen on other modles. and i had the seat reapolstered about 7 years ago at local upolsterer shop.
