Appreciate it, I actually ordered some from chacal a while back - just pissed that I gotta take it apart and drill em out ;-)

I am actually looking at new xj in the next days - so i will not be as tense as I would at least one one to ride while i fix this one ;-)

    Thanks though, really appreciated!

The 1100's use allen bolts, and they are pretty big. I would worry more about pulling threads out of the head vs breaking one off.

Yeah they twist like a regular thread. lefty loosey righty tighty. I just used a pair of pliers to get the bolts in and out cause the Flanged Nuts and the Ring cover the scratches anyway.
Myyyy question is how to remove the exhaust pipes. I wanna clean them so bad, but when i went to remove the flanged nuts and studs i also loosened the two bolts that are near the 4 into 2 joint and she still wouldnt come out.. Am I missing a bolt??

There may be a bolt underneath that secures the crossover chamber to the engine, that was the case with my 650 Maxim
