New to XJs, have a Seca 750. Would like some recommendations on best manuals/reference materials to have for rountine service. Valve train, timing, carbs, etc. I am going to order the CD that I have seen listed here, but curious as to what else has proven helpful.

I have a Haynes manual that seems pretty decent, and I also plan on getting the XJ CD, but I've heard that there's a new 3-disc version that will be available soon. I think Haynes and Clymer are the only ones available unless you can find a FSM (Factory Service Manual)...

It does, but if you can get a hardcopy cheap, they are nice to have around, and easier than running back and forth to the computer when you are working on your bike.

printers can fix this problem for you, you can get just the info you need at that time, and then if you rip it or dirty it theres another one ready to go!
