    Bought an 82 XJ1100 last year (June) been working on it & enjoying the BIKE ! This is a great FORUM , lots of good information. Thought I'd introduce myself before asking to many questions.

    Welcome! I bought an 82 XJ1100 last June as well. Ended up having more to do to it than I expected, but I'm hoping to have it back on the road in the next few weeks. Good luck!

    Welcome to the site from a fellow Utah'n. I recently got two XJ1100 both were basket cases got one running and everything working on it except 2nd gear(it's my wifes "New" bike). The other one I'm still gathering parts for it.
