    Well, this bike - ready to ride when I picked it up - has proven to be anything but that.

    After the annoying process of wet-setting the carbs I tried to start it... nothing. checked and made sure that choke and throttle cables were going to the right place, jumped it to my car battery for enough juice, put some starter fluid on each cylinder... a few back fires and... nothing.

    Like they say on the commercial... daily rider? my Aston Martin!!!
