Aww bummer, coulda been your next toy but for that :( haha... Have you got the "kit" bike now as well?

P.S. "pick me pick me" reminded me of a certain "grunge" band of the early '90s :D

The whole top end isn't worth fixing.

It's a parts bike for somebody who needs wheels and brake rotors and a final drive and the like. Personally, I wouldn't give the guy $90 for it, or even $50. I'd ask him how much he wanted to PAY ME to get it out of his yard.

There aren't a lot of valuable parts left.

TBH the bottom end's probably shot at as well, water would've run down the oil drains into the sump & probably ruined the crank, gearbox & everything. Maybe worth $25 for the cases, but then you've got the joy of stripping the scrap out of them & hoping bolts don't just snap off inside...

I'd take it away for free, after all the scrap value would make a beer or 2 & the parts you mentioned could be sold off or used on a project...

I call it a disaster. I have junked much better bikes. There are a few parts that are good but if you don't need the parts is it worth having to get rid of the rest. Maybe its just me but my time and effort is worth more to me then just a few extra wheels
