Funny thing here a oil change is normal for most DIYers to do. For some reason I can not seem to get all the oil out of the bike. I tried to flush it just run nice oil in it and let it just wash out the bike but no oil came back out when I put the oil in... problem or is it not a strght through bike. But any help be nice because I can not seem to get the oil out of this bike? Do I have to turn bike over to get oil out?

Never had this happen before or dose all the oil come out when you pull the oil filter..

Sorry for stupid? But I don't remember this last time

Oil drain is right below the filter.

And you're certain you pulled the correct plug:

I think your 650 will have a Phillips head screw in the center of the drain plug pictured in fitz's post. That screw is a blind hole for a temperature probe and no oil will come out it. You need to pull the drain plug.

Time to ride nice link never saw someone take time like that.

However I did poked around and found a gasket crushed in there and 3 magnetic and that crazy because I just changed it before I did carbs and others because y'all was worried bout gas in the oil so I played safe. All was good then but not now

So I got up today went down and poked found that stuff looked atdrain plug and found the tip was covered with shaveing and magnetic from the other plug.

So I found out the plugs I got was bad plugs and falling apart hard to believe but not uncommon.

Seem to be a plug problem went got oil out got new plug flushed motor and happy as ever

Metallic "Fuzz" found on the Oil Drain Plug's Magnet is commonplace.

But,, the Oil should pour right out of the Bike when the Drain Plug is removed.
Remove the Filler Cap when draining the Oil.
That will let the Oil drain quickly.
