I recently purchased an oil cooler for my XJ750. It came from Australia. It came from a XJ750 too. He sent me everything but the union bolt, but I see that Chacal sells them which is great. I would also want to replace all the o-rings also. I was wondering if someone who has done this could tell me if I will need the dowels and o-rings like the XJ650 Turbo where the lines connect to the cooler itself or if the oil cooler fittings are like the ones on the XJ900 which shows no o-rings in the diagram. Thanks for any help in this. Here's some pictures. Oh yeah, the top mounting nipple broke off but I'm sure I could have another one brazed in place. I stuck the cooler up to my bike and all the mounting holes matched up, cha-ching!
