    2.8 liters or 2.959 quarts with oil filter change. 2.5 liters or 2.642 quarts without filter change.

    In case your memory fails you, the oil capacity is cast into the clutch cover, right next to the oil cap. A slightly over-full fill will leave just a bubble at the top of the window with the bike on the center stand. Makes it easier to detect leaking float needles, gives a bit more oil for cooing, and still keeps the working level low enough to prevent foaming.

    Well I got everything back together and wouldn't you know it leaks gas. Must have pinched a seal on the fuel intake nub. FML got to take the damn carbs out and apart again
