    Ok folks,
That's it, i've practically finished her now. I made the decision to paint my full stainless 4into1 exhaust system flat black and i think it looks much better.
I've taken her out today and the paint seems fine (I used a base coat for 'special metals' oxide red in colour) and the black that went on was actually black 'Hammerite' BBQ paint.
I know some of you don't like the style but hey wouldn't life be boring if we were all the same. :)
    Tally Ho!
doh...forgot to link the pic.. here in black

I agree. I would like to know more about where to get those risers.

Look on Ebay, there are 3"-4" 7/8" risers there all the time.
They're not too hard to make if you can weld. I made 5" risers using the tops for 7/8" bars welded to 1" tubing. I then welded a nut in the bottom of the tubing to bolt them to the top tree. They're good and solid too.

    Thanks for the kind remarks.
I'm afraid i can't help with the risers or the forks (i don't have the info to hand) as they were on the bike when i got it last August. I have the original information 'somewhere'..........................?
If i do find it, i'll update.
    Thanks guys
    Nick

That's sweet. The tank is awesome. reminds me of the seventies. At least what I'm supposed to remember of them.
