Parts wanted for an 85 / 86 Maxim X and an 86 / 87 Fazer

All,
I'm lucky enough to have a pair of these wonderful machines, but neither of them are in ship-shape. That said, there's a short list of parts I would like for each if some of you have parts bikes or extras laying around.

For the Maxim X:
1) Backrest (I know, they're rare and expensive)
2) Right side muffler (w/o scrapes or scratches)
3) Fuse panel w/ dash cover (I don't need the whole gauge set, but I'd consider it as a package deal)
4) Complete body work in great shape (this is more of a wish than a need)

For the Fazer:
1) A complete Maxim headlight assembly
2) Wiring harness
3) Complete body work
4) Chrome exhaust system (stock or aftermarket)

hi ive got a backrest id let it go for $190, thats what one went for on ebay the other day.
