OK I'm sure this is a dead horse around here but I'm still green to this site
so first off the bike was running and sounded good but #4 was not getting hot on the pipe the next day bike turns over and won't start
Battery reads 12.6 volts right now
readings for the coils fluctuated like crazy in the high 17000's so got another set with warrenty and saw vid of the bike they came off running
    still not starting
Now I've checked the pick up coils
You can see in the pic's what my readings are on the meter and how it's set
ARE THESE NUMBERS GOOD FOR THIS BIKES PICK UP COILS?
AND ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD CHECK? I'M SCRATCHING MY HEAD AT THIS POINT

    Oh Polock
I bought this bike for $200 more than I figured it was worth with the Ideal of making it road worthy and doing a café/street tracker style set up on it painting it and selling it for a small profit as making choppers n bobbers out of unloved and badly treated older jap bikes has been my hobby sense I became disabled but this one just struck me as a good café or tracker candidate
So I don't have a manual for this model friend

Before you condem the TCI be sure the ignition cut off circuit is working. I think its the black/white stripe wire on the TCI connector. That wire should NOT be grounded. I had a bike one time that had that wire grounded in the wiring loom and it drove me nuts finding it.

Number 4 cylinder being cold, can you confirm the float level is correct? How old is that battery by the way?
