I'm just finishing cleaning my carbs, adjusting the floats, and cleaning the piston and shaft so it slams shut.

I can't find the pilot mixture screw on my XJ750J. Is it located under a brass cap next to the cold start (choke) plunger? If so, what is the best way to remove the brass caps?

Thanks for everyones on all of my stupid questions.

Yep that's it! Best way I know of to remove the brass plugs is to drill a small hole in the top and then insert a drywall screw part way in and pull them out. Just be careful to not go too deep and damage the top of the pilot mixture screws.
