I just posted in the parts wanted for a spring and a washer. When I took my carbs apart I found only one with an o-ring on the four pilot screws, only 3 with their tiny washers and only 3 with the spring. What is the proper order for putting them back together
    pilot screw -- spring -- washer -- o-ring?

holding the pilot screw in your fingers, spring, washer then o-ring. A little silicone grease on the assembly and in it goes.
If you are missing parts PM Chacal and tell him what you need

The missing bits are still down the hole. You need to take a darning needle and heat the tip of it. USe needle nose pliers to bend a small hook into the end of the hot needle. Use you new tool to retrieve the missing o-ring and washer. If you leave them in the hole you will never get the idle mixture correct.
