usually I get about 40-45 mpg however all of a sudden it has dropped down to 36 mpg. Kinda frustrating!
I recently rebuilt the engine so I am at a loss as to what the problem could be.
When I rebuilt the engine I got new plugs and everything was great until three days ago.
    Any ideas ?

just looking for some direction to start

start as if you just got the bike
    check air filter
compression test, check valves, ohm out ignition system, check for spark on all four cylinders. check exhaust pipe temp to see if it is running cold on a cylinder

    How's the wind been lately?
Has the winter-blend fuel showed up at the gas station?

    Rebuilt engine last winter 2017-
Not sure about the winter blend
all four exhaust pipes are hot equally
just changed all four plugs and gapped them at 6mm
    new fuel filter
    washed K&N air filters (PODS)
will check mileage on this tank and see what it is.
also will check spark resistance and such
