I noticed it when I was riding back home. When I reved the bike up, my turn signal would turn off. When at a red light in nuetral, if I rev the bike at all the green nuetral light turns off. Any idea where to start looking that both of these would be connected? Thanks as always for the help guys!

Check for taped up wires that maybe gound off?
Run trough your system sometimes the problem usaully sticks out like a sore thumb. People have a hard time beliving that an unproper splice can cause problems like this one.

I would start be checking all the wires in the front of the bike.

Well, it seems the problem was pretty simple. One of the fuse holders in the original fuse block came loose. I've so got to replace this fuse block with an updated one. Well, at least I'm riding again.

If the light has just turned red, knock it out of gear, for sure.
