Post for float pin broke off, suggestions pls?

    one of the posts for the pin holding the float was broken off during dissambly, any suggestions please.

    You can try epoxy to reattach, but it may fail and cause you grief late on down the road. Try and find a replacement carb body, make sure you get the correct carb as they are all a little different, not just bike to bike but the correct carb body for that cylinder.

    There are a few ways to repair. I good machinist should be able to drill it and pin it back together.
    A drill press and a machinist vise would be needed.

    Thank you. I have been looking in ebay, but an old carb costs a lot in there and no guarantees it will work. Thus I am exploring for other options. Have a nice day.

    Thank you. I saw it. It definitely would be the best for my situation. I will try to find the tools needed or someone who could do it for me around here. Thank you.

    Best option......buy another rack of carbs......that way....you have plenty of extra parts........post repairs.....may or may not work....why take that chance.....just buy another individual carb if you find from a member here
