    sold -

Sebring, Florida - this is a running bike with title !! $1,000

Some rumor I heard on this site is that they made only 8 in black.
Could have a really low VIN #

    -----------------------
    Edit,
Maybe there WERE more than 8 ?? this new one is the 3rd I've seen.

Re: RARE Black Turbo f/s $1,000

dang........I guess its good that's in Fla....at least for me. I tend to buy first, then try to figure out where it will fit.....

Nice bike though I have never heard about "only a few black ones" being produced...had thought I'd read everything available for the turbo...maybe I missed something.

Good catch and it's kinda cool but with absolutely NO collectability factor, I'll be real surprised if he gets even the 1900 that he's asking. I hate to be the one to pee on anyones parade but I certainly don't blame him for reaching. All it takes is one guy with a big fat refund check and little knowledge of the actual market, to make his payday.

I knew I had an albatross the day I saw a nearly BRAND new '83 (much rarer then the '82's) go for barely over 2K. The way I see it though is that I love riding it and don't need or want to sell it so I'll just keep it...who know, maybe in ten years it'll be worth something<lol>.
