Rear brake return spring... Just hangin there?

    I reppaced the read brake pedal and it isn't really springing back into position like it was before.. I also noticed my return spring there, too.

    Checked manual, no line showing where the spring hqngs. Can't for the life of me find a place, either.

    Any help, please?
