Rear Shock settings?

    Just wondering where to set the rear shocks. Right now the adjustments are maxed out and it is a fairly stiff ride. Is there some kind of weight range for each setting? I am far from a big guy, ~160 LBS, so I know that the max is too much but don't know where it should be.

    Set them - ride some - adjust. The settings are strictly a personal preference.
