    Hey guys,

Quick question, what is the safest, longest length I can upgrade my rear shocks to? I threw some 13 inch ones on to see how it looked and just rolling the bike a few feet, I could hear and feel some not so good sounds from the swingarm.

    Thanks.

    Why longer most want shorter
Or is it a sag problem stock length with a heavier spring is what I did 195 and passenger , Progressive with the heavy spring is perfect for 2 up riding

I used 12-series progressives from chacal with performance springs. They were about the same length but much better than the stock ones. They're firmer at the top end but also have recoil dampening. I'm 210lbs and I ride them two notches away from top setting and crank them all the way for 2-up. Personally i think they're perfect.

    HCP9405 - body
    HCP9411 - spring

These are the black ones you'll see in my showcase.
