I know this might be a dumb question but how flush does the wheel have to be to the gear on the drive shaft should you see space or not, also how do you align this thing i have the right size tire but it taps the swing arm .

any help would be great thanks.

also i do have a manual on order be here in 3 to 4 days.

    Hi,
The wheel butts up hard to the splines on the final gear... there is, however, a spacer that gets lost or forgotten a lot which makes the wheel drag and lock when the axle is tightened right up if it's missing.
It is a cylinderical spacer that is inserted into the final gear, so it sits between the final gear and the wheel... Perhaps this is causing your issue?
