    As topic says... :)

I have to relplace my speedo needle on my Xj 600 Diversion from 1999, since it's broken.

But how do I get it off? It's really stuck. I have tried to pull it up straight with a fork, flat screwdriver and of course my fingers - but it wont move. I'm afraid to brake something if I try to hard - witch I will say that I already did.

    Any suggestions?

you don't remove it the needle has a plastic base molded onto a brass knurl . forcing the knurl can damage the internals of the speedo.
forcing one back on same issue

you can glue a tooth pick on it and paint it orange or if there is enough of the needle left on there you can try a tube from carb spray.

Really? Then I should stop now before I create any damage... Thanks anyway! ;)

you could try cutting of plastic and refitting a good needle that you have removed knurll from but getting needle back on in proper position can be a chore.
if not placed exactly your speedo will be off
