    Yeah, the seat. The rest of the bike is more trouble than it could ever be worth, starting in that shape. If it were an XJ it might be different, but it's not. I'd pass, even for $50. It doesn't need a rescue, it needs a funeral.

    $50 is cheap for parts bike, most sellers are asking $300+ for parts bike.

    I would take that for $50 in a minute. Chop and bob it and make it into a 2500 dollar bike in no problem. I have started with much less and came out with a lot more than that thing!!! Even without a title it is worth it for parts.

    It looks more dirty than rusty. The chrome exhaust looks to be actually chrome underneath the crud. My daily rider's header pipes are much rustier.

    If I had the workshop space to take it apart and clean it I might give it a go.

    forget this seller.
    Reminds me there is this seller on this forum, told me he wants $50 for a Maxim gas tank, then when I was ready to buy he wanted $85 for it. Hate when sellers do that, not worth buying from them.
