Round headlight conversion

    I have an 81 seca 750,any body have any ideas on the best round headlight conversion,or where I can get a small gpz style fairing or ideas on fairings you've used :roll:

    i too am interested in putting a round headlight on my 81 seca. ive got some ideas but i'd be interested if anyone here has any good ones.

    Now - my bike came with the round headlight, so I've just kept it as-is - but I've always liked the "streetfighter" style headlights (with or without the fairing) - here's a good site that has a bunch of examples:

    all sorts of headlights, with buckets and duals and different fairings - cafe style or stunter stuff., clubman headlights....

    Here's a question for you XJ'ers that have round headlights, is there a mess o' wires behind the headlight assembly? The headlight bucket for the rectangular headlights houses a rat's nest of wires. So for us that might be interested in converting to a round headlight, we'd need to know if the round assembly would hold all this wiring.

    Yes the round head lights have a bunch of wires behind them. I would think what wires fit behind a rectangular would easily fit behind a round light.
