The rear disc was getting a bit worn so i finally got a new disc from S3 performance in Melbourne ($99). It's a solid laser cut wave disc, not vented like OEM disc. Bolted it on tonight when i got home, will find out what it's like in the morning when i go into town to get a new 6mm hex key to replace the one i snapped tightening up the screws. Other bikes i've ridden with them have been very noisy under brakes, but i guess my exhaust will drown it it!

Well the disc has settled in, had to change the bolts as the OEM ones didn't sit in the recess properly, so 6 M8x1.25 x25mm socket head high tensile bolts and some thread locker soon solved that. Doesn't seem noisy at all better still it doesn't squeel like the old solid disc did. Looks odd now with one fancy laser cut disc on the back, so i'll need to get 2 more to match for the front.

Lol, looks pretty and modern, but feels ok, the original one was worn past it's limit. haven't done many k's so far, but it seems good.
